The Organization's Charter of Rights and Freedoms

Whereas the Organization is founded on the principles of justice, freedom, and order in addition to the rule of law:


Guarantee of Rights and Freedoms

1. The Organization's Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by common sense as can be demonstably justified in a free, online community.


Fundamental Freedoms

2. Every member of the forums has the following fundamental freedoms:

(a) Freedom of Opinion, Thought, Belief, and Expression
(b) Freedom of Speech
(c) Freedom of Association


Legal Rights

3. Every forum member has the right to vote in civil matters within the allotted time.

4. Everyone has the right to justice as defined by the forum laws.

5. Everyone has the right to civil judgement or arbitrary judgement as set forth in the Code of Offenses before penalties can be invoked.

6. Any person feeling their forum rights or freedoms have been infringed upon may make a report in the Hall of Justice.

7. Laws are laid out in the Code of Offenses.


Enforcement

8. (a) Every forum member has the right to accept penalties responsibly and without the need for forcible action;
(b) Should a member refuse to abide by a penalty, a Judicator must force the punishment upon the member in question.


Past Occurrences

9. Nothing in this Charter is retroactive; however, it comes into effect the moment of its public release and will apply immediately to all future posted content.
