This is the official thread for the Schmidt v. Sassoon case. Schmidt must now begin by posting his accusations, along with the reasoning and evidence behind these accusations. He must make sure that he includes everything now, as there will be no editing allowed.

Once Schmidt has made his case, Sassoon will plead guilty or not guilty. If he pleads not guilty, he must outline why he is not guilty; this is NOT a rebuttal of the plaintiff's opening comments, it is merely why the defendant believes he is not guilty of the charges. Make sure to include evidence and sound reasoning!
Following that, Schmidt will make a rebuttal of the defendant's opening statements. No new points may be included here!
Sassoon may then plead guilty or not guilty again. If not guilty, he will then make his own rebuttal of Schmidt's original post. This is not a rebuttal of Schmidt's rebuttal.
After this, the case will be open to public comments for three days. Following this period, a vote will be head to determine if the defendant is truly guilty. If guilty, Sassoon will be sentenced according to the Code.
