The civil court of the forums. If you have a complaint, problem, or difficulty with another user, hearken to the Hall of Justice to summon the defendant to court. Both plaintiff and defendant shall state their cases and shall be judged by the forums as a whole. The one who loses the trial will be sentenced according to codified law.
